Follow these simple steps to set up ConvAI Lens and start analyzing your sales conversations with AI.

Install from Kommo Marketplace
Open your Kommo account, go to Settings → Integrations → Marketplace. Search for "ConvAI Lens" and click Install.
ConvAI Lens works with all Kommo plans (Base, Advanced, Enterprise).
Connect Your Account
After installation, open the widget settings and click "Connect". You'll be asked to authorize ConvAI Lens to access your Kommo data via OAuth 2.0.
Your credentials are never stored. We use industry-standard OAuth 2.0 tokens.
Your Free Trial Starts
Once connected, your 5-day free trial begins automatically with full Pro plan features. No credit card required.
Trial includes 500 analyses/month, 60 min/day voice, auto-analysis, and CRM mapping.
Analyze Your First Lead
Open any lead card in Kommo. You'll see the ConvAI Lens panel. Click "Analyze Conversation" to get your first AI-powered lead score and summary.
The analysis includes score, summary, sentiment, extracted data, and next action recommendation.
Configure Your Preferences
Go to the widget's Advanced Settings to configure analysis language, auto-analysis, auto-fill CRM fields, and score badge visibility.
Set analysis language to "Auto" to let AI detect the conversation language automatically.
Set Up CRM Field Mapping
In Advanced Settings, go to "CRM Field Mapping". Click "Sync Kommo Fields" to load your custom fields, then map AI extraction fields (budget, timeline, etc.) to your Kommo fields.
You can also create Custom AI Fields with your own extraction instructions.
Choose Your Plan
Before your trial ends, pick the plan that fits your team. You can upgrade anytime from the widget settings.
Annual plans save up to 24%. All plans include core AI analysis features.
