These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ConvAI Lens (the "Service"), a conversation intelligence widget for Kommo CRM.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using ConvAI Lens, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the widget.

2. Description of Service

ConvAI Lens provides AI-powered conversation analysis, lead scoring, voice transcription, and CRM auto-fill features within the Kommo CRM platform.

3. Account and Subscription

A Kommo CRM account is required. After a 5-day free trial, a paid subscription is required. Subscriptions are managed through LemonSqueezy and can be cancelled at any time.

4. Usage Limits

Each plan has specific limits on monthly analyses and daily voice transcription minutes. Exceeding limits will temporarily restrict service until the next billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Use the Service to process sensitive personal data (health, financial, etc.) without appropriate consent

6. Intellectual Property

ConvAI Lens and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us. The AI-generated analysis results may be used freely within your CRM workflow.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI analysis results are suggestions and should not be the sole basis for business decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of scores, summaries, or extracted data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately for violations of these Terms. You may disconnect at any time through the widget settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
